This session explores how emotional intelligence, through the EQ-i 2.0 model, helps bridge that gap. Grounded in the ICF Core Competencies, it offers a practical way to better understand the emotional patterns driving client behavior and how to work with them in real time.

This session addresses a critical gap in coaching business development: the disconnect between most "six-figure" formulas and individual coach authenticity. While many programs offer valuable tools, they often fail to address the fundamental need for alignment. This session moves beyond surface-level strategies to explore the "why" behind inconsistent results, emphasizing that true business growth stems from aligning actions with personal values, energy, and intentions.

It is the age old question for coaches: "Should I niche or not?" Although there are examples of successful coaches who don’t have a clearly defined market niche, when we look at the thriving coaches that are MOST successful, they almost always have a clear Niche and Ideal Client within that Niche. More importantly, by narrowing our focus, we can have an even deeper impact on our clients and create greater transformation in the world, which in turn makes you much more referable. In today’s ever changing environment, claiming a niche and a sweet spot within that niche will help deepen your client experience and demonstrate that coaching is an essential ingredient in their success (not a "nice to have").
