This interactive session introduces coaches to constellation coaching methods for working with human organizational systems and subsystems. Participants will explore how coaching systems - such as teams, relationships, and organizational dynamics - differs from coaching individuals.
Through hands-on exercises, participants will learn practical constellation techniques that allow clients to visualize the systems they are part of, uncover hidden dynamics, and identify opportunities for change. These methods help clients see relationships, roles, and patterns within a system in new ways.

Midtown Farmers Market
Meet the entrance near information booth
(Market Square around 20
Join us for a relaxed, social morning at the Midtown Farmers Market in Sacramento, an extended Coaches Café with a fresh-air, springtime feel. We’ll meet at 9:00 AM at the entrance near the information booth (Market Square around 20th & K), then take some time to wander, explore, and enjoy the vibrant market. After soaking it in, we’ll head over to Peet’s Coffee to settle in for conversation over coffee or tea.
Our Core Competency series is designed not only to support credentialing success but to strengthen coaches’ capacity to show up with integrity, presence, and humanity in every conversation. Rather than treating competencies as checklists, participants will be invited to explore them as living practices that shape presence, relationship, and impact.
