In this presentation, Neuroscientist Dr. Kelly Kent and Hayden Lee, MCC will help coaches explore the neuroscience of triggers, how to manage them effectively, and how to implement this information into coaching sessions.

Every year, thousands experience coaching for the first time, and this informal, in-person gathering is a perfect opportunity for coaches, potential coaches, and anyone interested in coaching to meet, talk, network, and enjoy time together.
Join host Carrie Chown as we wrap up our "Connect with ICF Sacramento Coaches" events celebrating International Coaching Week. Coaches, potential coaches, and anyone interested in coaching are welcome to join!
Attendees will be able to join in an interactive coaching-related activity, and may even have an opportunity to experience a laser coaching session, either as coach or coachee.
This is an outdoor event. Bring your own camp chair and beverage, along with sun protection (hat or sunscreen).
In partnership with ICF Los Angeles and ICF Maryland, ICF Sacramento invites coaches to offer at least 3 hours of pro bono coaching between April 1 and May 17. The coaching can be individual, team, group, mentor coaching, or coaching supervision.
