Jim Geiger, your personal coach
Jim is certified by the Academy for Coaching Excellence, and credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a
Life Coach. He is also certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and holds specialties
Behavior Change and Senior Fitness.
Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin, Stevens Point and a Master’s Degree from the
University of San Francisco.
Jim is committed to supporting individuals to change their lives. He believes that you can live your dreams. He has already experienced some “impossible” dreams, and he wants others to experience that for themselves. Jim has climbed some of the highest mountains of the world and was prepared to become the oldest American to summit Mt. Everest in 2014 when the fateful avalanche of April 18, closed the mountain. He still continues to train and climb mountains.
Jim supports individuals to discover the life they really want. His process provides the tools to help clients move through resistance, and empower them to change their life. His client’s testimonies demonstrate that his coaching works.
Jim grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and now lives in Sacramento, California. He has two daughters and five grandsons. His family remains his highest priority.
