Charmaign Lomastro brings 20+ years of experience in career coaching, workforce development, higher education, and recruitment. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, in addition to a Certified Career Transition Coach (CCTC), Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), and a Certified Leadership Coach (CLL). She has a master's degree in Intercultural Relations with a focus on Human Resource Training & Development.
A seasoned professional, Charmaign's specialties include career coaching and exploration, job-readiness training, resume writing, interview preparation, contemporary job search strategies, outplacement, and career transition. She has worked with a diverse group of clients ranging from recent graduates to mid-level career changers to dislocated or laid-off workers.
