Lois earned her PCC Credential from the International Coaching Federation and her Professional Coaching for Life and Work Certificate through UC Davis Extension in 2014. She followed that with becoming a certified Rapid Transformational hypnotherapist (RTT). She continued on with becoming a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach (FMCHC) and a Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Her mantras are: LIVE LIFE ON PURPOSE!
