Jackie Alcalde Marr is the founder of Evolutions Consulting Group, helping individuals, leaders, teams and organizations achieve their goals in ways that accentuate their core passions. She works with private, public and non-profit/community organizations. With twenty-five years of organization development experience in Fortune 500 companies, Jackie has lived abroad and has worked with leaders in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latin America. She is a certified leadership and personal coach, and has taught courses at the University of San Francisco, Drexel University, the University of the Pacific, and California State University, Sacramento. She is the co-author of Social Media at Work: How Networking Tools Propel Organizational Performance.
Jackie is drawn to social entrepreneurs and social enterprises who seek to have a positive impact in their communities – local and global. She works with ONEHope Wine, selling wine, wine gifts, and private wine tasting parties to support a variety of social causes. She is the Culture Change Leader for Wisdom Works, a consulting firm that cultivates well-being in leaders and organizations. She has also served on the Board of Directors of the Sacramento chapter of the International Coach Federation.
Jackie holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Communications with a minor in Spanish from California State University, Sacramento. She is certified in ODR’s Managing Organizational Change, Pritchett’s Change Management program, Buzan Centre’s Mind Mapping, the Myers Briggs Type Indicator®, and the PDI 360 assessment. In addition, she has training in strategic planning and the Balanced Scorecard.
Jackie loves wine, Spain and her Spanish heritage, connecting with old friends, and the lessons found in history. She is a lifelong learner. She lives in Folsom with her husband Jeff and her mischievous mutt, Quincy Noodlebutt.
