Panel of Speakers
Pam Ramirez, MA, PCC
Pam went into coaching after decades of developing both leaders and individuals. Her coaching journey was fueled by a desire to make a more meaningful difference in the lives of others. She is passionate about creating forward momentum and positive change in the lives of her clients. Her specialties include partnering with clients in a safe, supportive space to overcome obstacles, navigate change and transition, set achievable goals, improve relationships, and find life balance. She holds a PCC credential from the ICF, is a certified mentor coach, and has her own coaching business.
Katie Kanowsky, PCC
Katie Kanowsky is a dynamic educator, business consultant, and focus coach. She combines her expertise as a coach and cognitive scientist to help clients find their strengths and passion, then integrates them to create the life and work they love. Her passion is to help children and teens in the public education system learn to harness this information in their formative years instead of after having chosen a life path. Her mission is to create a sustainable psychological support system within the public education system that serves all individuals at the school site, helping them grow into their unique potential. She earned her BS in Organizational Behavior and Leadership at the University of the Pacific, completed coach training through University California, Davis, and holds multiple certifications in the coaching field, including Values2Wellbeing, HeartMath, and Sovereign Mind.
Carmen Acton, MBA, MS, MCC, NLP
Carmen has over 25 years of corporate leadership experience in roles ranging from Environmental and Safety Compliance to Leadership and Employee Development. In 2015 she left her corporate role to care for her mother and decided to pursue what she most enjoyed, Coaching, on a part-time basis. As a life-longer learner, she has a passion for continually learning and growing and set her sights on getting her MCC certification, which she achieved earlier this year. She enjoys helping others grow and realize their aspirations in life.
