About Amy Shuman, MA, PCC
Past President of ICF Sacramento
Amy Shuman is the immediate past president (2022) for ICF Sacramento, and serves as the Workforce Development Director for the Division of Student Affairs at UC Davis. She is a Gallup certified Strengths coach, and professional certified coach with the International Coach Federation. Amy is particularly passionate about leadership, on obtained a master's degree in the field in 2022 from University of the Pacific. Amy has over 15 years of human resources management experience and consults, coaches, and trains on people management, communication, employee engagement and overall workplace climate. Amy believes we are all on a quest to become the best versions of ourselves, and that process takes time, reflection, feedback, practice and... coaching!
