Elle Ballard is a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Teacher, Trainer and Speaker.
She is originally from Kazakhstan and now resides in Houston, TX. She has an MBA in Marketing and built a successful marketing career but her true passion lies in helping people realize their true potential.
Elle is a founder of W.O.W. Network, a mentorship and educational group for multicultural women. She is an entrepreneur, speaker, servant leader, and a mother. She participates in ballroom dance, loves speaking, traveling the world, and discovering cultures.
