The 3 Brains - Head, Heart and Gut - Connection: The pathway to long-lasting coaching results!

Earning 1.25 Core Competencies and .50 Resource Development CCEU's

How is it possible that when our clients formulate their objectives and actions plans, they do not consistently follow them up?
How is it possible that most of our clients can fall back in procrastination of things they decided that are good for them to do?
Is it the Prefrontal Lobes in their Head that is making the decision to wait till the last moment?
Our Prefrontal Lobes are their for logical decision making so how its this making sense?Who or what inside our is in charge and distracts them 🤔?
The 3 Brains Coaching Theory provides you the answers and has the insights and techniques to work effectively with this topic and coach your clients on these dilemmas?

As coaches, we want the best for our coachee, and assist them in achieving long-lasting change and reach their objectives. Still, how is it possible that when our clients formulate their objectives and action plans, they do not consistently follow them up? How is it possible that: understanding, willingness, and ability are not enough for long-lasting change? What is blocking the things they want to achieve and more importantly, is there a way out of this maze? Maybe you know that feeling…? Your head says yes but your heart/gut feeling says no?
How do you decide at that moment if it is better to follow your head, your heart, or your gut feeling? Or maybe how you can align the 3 to make an integrated decision?

The 3 Brains (Head, Heart, and Gut) Coaching Theory provides you the answers and has the insights and techniques to work effectively with this topic. Understanding and speaking the language of the Head, Heart, and Gut-Brain provides critical information to coach our clients to make long-lasting change. In this Webinar, Christoffel will share the 3 Brains concept and discuss how to analyze the 3 Brains and how we could use this in our coaching practice.

Take Aways

During this webinar you will learn:
