Biography
Lorraine Armijos is the founder of LAR Insights and a passionate coach who partners with leaders to help them grow, lead with confidence, and create the kind of impact they know they're capable of. She coaches executives, managers, emerging leaders and entrepreneurs through the real challenges of leadership: difficult conversations, stepping into bigger roles, building trust with teams, and moving from reactive to strategic.
With 20+ years in operations at Kaiser Permanente, Sutter Health, DaVita, and IDEXX Laboratories, Lorraine understands what leaders face every day. She's been in the trenches and knows what it takes to lead well under pressure. She's a U.S. Air Force veteran, serves as Board Secretary for the Veterans Entrepreneur Tribe of Sacramento and is a Program Director at MedStart. She holds an MBA and is a certified coach (ICF-PCC).
Lorraine offers 1:1 executive and leadership coaching, as well as team coaching for groups ready to build trust, navigate conflict, and work better together. Her style is warm, direct, and always practical. She believes you already have the answers, and her job is to help you find them.
