Biography
Donna Justice, PCC, owns JustUs Coaching and Consulting. She combines her formal training as a coach with 30 years of leadership in marketing and communications for nonprofits and higher education. She received her coach training from the University of California, Davis, and holds a Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coaching Federation. She also holds a Master’s degree in English and spent a great deal of her marketing career directing strategic communications; mentoring and teaching college students and young adults; and coaching professionals. Since 2019, Donna has coached more than 1,000 people representing a variety of experiences, cultures, and roles: 18 year old college students, young professionals, new parents, emerging leaders, CEOs, nurses and doctors, lawyers and engineers, shop stewards and salespeople, retirees. She specializes in relationship, life, leadership and career coaching and has been trained as a mental health coach.
