I’m passionate about advancing women in the workplace and building inclusive, high-impact leadership cultures. As the former Executive Director of Oracle Women’s Leadership—an award-winning global initiative—I’ve spent years creating programs that elevate talent and drive transformational change across Fortune 50 organizations.
With deep expertise in leadership development, ICF-certified coaching, navigating transions, and organizational change, I empower early- to mid-career women to break barriers and thrive. My work blends coaching, sponsorship, and mentoring to help women grow, lead, and make meaningful contributions in today’s complex corporate world.
I actively collaborate with trailblazing organizations including Catalyst.org, SHRM’s Advancing Women Leaders, Leadership California, the International Leadership Association (ILA), and the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI), where I’ve proudly served as a Board member and Past President.
