Have You Taken Our Member Survey?

If you’re an active member of ICF Sacramento, you received an email from us last week with our member survey. If you haven’t yet completed it, can we ask you to please take a few minutes to share your thoughts? Your feedback will help us shape the next year, and beyond.

We anticipate the survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete, though the time may vary if you choose to include comments.

As a way of thanking you for completing the survey, you’re invited to enter a drawing to win one free year of Gold Membership with ICF Sacramento. (You’ll find instructions on the survey for entering the drawing.)

If you're already a Gold Member, your membership would be extended by one additional year. If you're not yet a Gold Member, you'd gain access to a number of additional member benefits, including reduced or free pricing for CCEU programs and special events, voting rights, and much more.

Please complete the survey and submit your drawing entry no later than November 6. We’re grateful for your time!

Helping Women Put Their Own Mask on First

On Tuesday, November 10 from 6:30pm–8:00pm PT, join presenter Millicent Knight, OD for our November Chapter Meeting. Women juggle a lot every day. This session goes into what that means in real life, why it matters, and how it can be done more efficiently. Discussion includes strategies to meet life’s demands where they are in a way that honors who we are at different stages of life and what’s at stake if we don’t learn to put our own mask on first. Register here.

November Lunch & Learn

Helping Clients Set Compelling Goals

Our November Lunch & Learn will be held Wednesday, November 18 from 12:00pm–1:00pm PT with presenter Julius Ordoñez, MCC. This session will explore a key aspect of ICF Core Competency #3 — Establishes and Maintains Agreement — which involves partnering with clients to define their desired outcomes in the coaching engagement. This is often referred to as the goal the client aims to achieve by the end of the coaching partnership. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped to facilitate impactful coaching conversations that empower clients to pursue meaningful objectives aligned with what matters most to them. Register here.

Join Our Buddy Program

Our Buddy Program is designed to help members get to know one another and create connection in our community.

Active members of our chapter are invited to connect with a Buddy — another ICF Sacramento member to share your journey with, ask or answer questions, and help you feel more connected.

The Buddy Program is designed to be informal, welcoming, and low-pressure. Just one conversation can help you create new connections, whether you're a newer member or have been part of our chapter for years.

It’s easy to join in. Click here for complete details on how to get started. (You'll need to log into your ICF Sacramento member account before you can view the instructions.)
