The day’s programming is for coaches at every stage of their practice, with sessions that focus on the evolving role of AI in coaching, sharpening your intersectional lens, somatic coaching, working with clients through fear, building a referral system, navigating early client conversations, and brand development.

Attendees will earn 5.25 CCEUs in Core Competencies and 3.25 in Resource Development.

Leave feeling reconnected to your purpose, energized by the impact of your work, and genuinely equipped to keep doing the work you’re here to do! Register here.

September Event Spotlight

Regenerative People: An Intimate Conversation with Janet Harvey

On Saturday, September 19 from 9:00am–12:15pm PT, join us for an intimate conversation with Janet Harvey, MCC. Following her closing keynote at the ICF Sacramento Fall Conference, Janet invites you into a morning of discussion, reflection, and renewal inspired by the ideas behind her upcoming book, Regenerative People.

Leadership isn’t just about solving today’s challenges. It’s about creating the conditions where people, organizations, communities, and our world can flourish for generations to come.

Over coffee and light refreshments, you’ll join fellow coaches and leaders in a thoughtfully designed experience that includes personal reflection, journaling, learning circles, and dialogue. Rather than another presentation, this gathering is an opportunity to slow down, connect, and explore what it means to cultivate leaders, organizations, and communities that continually renew and thrive.

Group size is limited to help foster an intimate, personal experience. Register here.

BEACON: How Much Range Do You Have as a Coach?

On Wednesday, September 9 from 12:00pm–1:00pm PT, we welcome presenter Keisa Capers, PCC for our September BEACON meeting (Belonging, Equity, Access Coaching Opportunity Network). Join an engaging conversation that explores how expanding your coaching range, not simply adding more techniques, can improve your coaching outcomes.

Through stories from decades of cross-cultural leadership, global coaching, and leadership formation, explore four practical lenses that help coaches notice what often goes unseen: what’s being said, what context may be missing, what identity is present, and what patterns may be at work. Register here.

September Chapter Meeting and Lunch & Learn

Chapter Meeting: How to Build Internal Coaching Buy-In From the Inside Out

On Tuesday, September 8 from 6:30pm–8:00pm PT, join presenter Morice Mabry, PCC for our September Chapter Meeting. Learn how to strengthen your influence, communicate value, and align with key stakeholders. You’ll be introduced to a simple, reflective tool designed to help you stay aware of how you’re showing up internally through your thoughts, feelings, and intuition, and how that impacts your effectiveness as a coach.

This session offers practical insights and approaches you can integrate into your existing coaching style. Register here.

Lunch & Learn: AI Coaching – Pioneering the Field, What We Know Today, and Where We’re Going

Our September Lunch & Learn will be held Wednesday, September 16 from 12:00pm–1:00pm PT. In this session, presenter Olivier Malafronte offers coaches a timely and comprehensive look at the current state of AI in coaching — where the research stands, how the market is evolving, and what it all means for your practice.

You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what AI coaching looks like, how to integrate AI into your practice today, and how to position yourself as a human coach in front of, and alongside, AI. Register here.

September Connection Events

Our next in-person Coaches' Cafe is Wednesday, September 9 from 8:30am–9:30am PT at Morgan’s Mill in Woodland. These are informal gatherings where coaches, potential coaches, and anyone interested in coaching can connect. Please let us know you’ll be attending! Register here.

On Monday, September 14 from 11:30am–12:30pm PT, join us for a New(ish) Member/Associate Welcome Meeting. This is a great place to meet other coaches, share thoughts, and ask questions about membership, our chapter, or coaching in general. You’ll meet different people each time you attend, so join as many times as you like! Register here.

Core Competencies as Living Practice

Our next Core Competency Series meeting is Thursday, September 24 from 6:00pm–7:00pm PT. Join speaker Carmen Perry, PCC, CPC monthly through October, with each month focusing on a different ICF Core Competency. Rather than treating core competencies as checklists, participants will be invited to thoughtfully explore them as living practices that shape presence, relationship, and impact in their coaching. Register here.

Peer Coaching: Earn CCEUs + Coaching Hours

Registration closes September 30 for our next round of Peer Coaching, which begins October 7.
