Harvey Seifter is one of the world’s leading authorities on future-ready leadership, organizational creativity, and arts-based experiential learning. Creating Futures that Work, founded by Harvey in 2019, is the world’s leading provider of experiential learning that uses the arts to develop future-ready leaders, high performance teams and innovative organizations.

The Art of Science Learning, founded by Harvey in 2010, is a National Science Foundation-funded research center that uses the arts to spark innovation in science, technology, education and healthcare. In 2016, Harvey led Art of Science Learning’s ground-breaking experimental research that established a causal link between arts-based learning and enhanced creative thinking skills, more robust collaborative processes and stronger innovation outcomes.

From 2012-23, Harvey taught collaboration and innovation to thousands of business leaders from around the world at GE’s Global Leadership Development Center at Crotonville. Harvey is also a classically trained musician with a 20-year career at the helm of distinguished arts organizations including Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and the Magic Theatre of San Francisco. During his tenure these organizations garnered 5 Grammy Awards, 24 Obie and Critics Circle Awards, and the Kennedy Center Award.
