Lunch & Learn: The Caregiving Lens: What Every Coach & Leader Needs to See

About this event

September 17, 2025
Noon - 1:00pm Pacific Time

CCEUs:
TBD

Caregiving is a complex, often hidden experience that profoundly shapes how individuals show up in coaching conversations and in the workplace. In this session, we will explore the six stages of caregiving and the 19 interrelated caregiving systems that contribute to emotional, physical, financial, and relational strain.

Through an interactive exercise and practical case examples, participants will see how caregiving impacts identity, capacity, and presence — both for clients and within leadership contexts. You’ll leave with simple tools to recognize hidden caregiving dynamics, foster deeper empathy, and adapt your coaching or leadership approach so caregivers feel validated, supported, and seen.

This session will equip you to integrate caregiving awareness into your practice with greater clarity, compassion, and confidence. Join us to shift the lens, deepen your impact, and engage with one of the most under-recognized challenges facing today’s workforce.
