About this event

July 16, 2025
11:30am - 12:30pm Pacific Time

CCEUs:
1.0 in Core Competencies

As group coaching continues to gain traction, coaches need to be equipped to meet the demand. Join us for a session to gain confidence and tools to propel you on the next steps of your coaching journey.

In this insights packed session, Dominique will:
- Define key terms and differentiate between group and team coaching.
- Share a framework that outlines the elements of a cohesive coaching cohort to help you visualize the various factors that impact the evolution and success of a group program. Hint: There is a particular emphasis on trust and psychological safety!
- Share a simple and effective session structure that you can apply for one-off group coaching sessions. This practical approach will equip coaches with the tools and techniques for successful coaching.

You will reflect on this content with your peers in breakouts and have the opportunity to ask questions to deepen your understanding of the concepts shared.

This interactive session is a must for all coaches who want to differentiate their offerings through group coaching.
