About this event
CCEUs: 1.5 in Core Competencies
Date: July 8, 2025
Time: 6:30 - 8:00pm PT
This is an interactive, experiential workshop where we will explore together some common types of bias, how our brain and other factors contributes to biases we hold, and ways we can increase our self-awareness and work to mitigate bias so we can be even more effective coaches for our clients.
Using an interactive, experiential approach, we will:
1) Identify common biases and factors that may contribute to bias.
2) Identify some ways to identify and address our own biases and those of others.
3) Commit to one action for ourselves to help mitigate an identified bias we hold.
