Panel of Speakers
Katie Kanowsky, PCC
Katie Kanowsky is a dynamic educator, business consultant, and focus coach. She combines her expertise as a coach and cognitive scientist to help clients find their strengths and passion, then integrates them to create the life and work they love. Her passion is to help children and teens in the public education system learn to harness this information in their formative years instead of after having chosen a life path. Her mission is to create a sustainable psychological support system within the public education system that serves all individuals at the school site, helping them grow into their unique potential. She earned her BS in Organizational Behavior and Leadership at the University of the Pacific, completed coach training through University California, Davis, and holds multiple certifications in the coaching field, including Values2Wellbeing, HeartMath, and Sovereign Mind.
Paul Briley, ACC
Paul leverages his 25+ years of experience in learning, leadership, consulting and coaching to help people bring their vision to life. He has worked for large, multi-unit organizations, as well as consulting with business leaders and stakeholders within their own organizations. Throughout his career, Paul has helped people get moving. He’s known for helping people assess their current state, define goals and outcomes, then build plans and move to action. Helping people get unstuck is what helps him get unstuck - which is why he became a life coach and built Off the Comma. Paul holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA), is an International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coach (ACC), and a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).
Perrine Rambeau
From work burnout to traveling the world, sailing across oceans, hiking the Pacific Crest Trail or cycling the Alps on a solar ebike, Perrine found in herself the space where everything is possible and helps her clients find it too. She is a courage coach for entrepreneurs, writers, adventurers as well as homebodies who want to make a change, big or small. Perrine has a 15 year background in business, marketing and communications (Kedge Business School Bordeaux, France and FH Münster, Germany). She coaches in English, French, German and Spanish.
Sonia Singh
Sonia is dedicated to helping others get unstuck, build confidence, and reach new levels of success. She emphasizes that while technical skills may open doors, it's interpersonal skills that drive lasting success. According to a Harvard study, 85% of success stems from well-developed interpersonal skills, including active listening, empathy, emotional self-regulation, collaboration, collaboration, conflict resolution, presence and verbal communication.
By honing these soft skills, Sonia empowers individuals to excel as leaders solve problems more effectively, motivate others, and achieve high team performance - ultimately boosting productivity and earning potential.
