The fourth ICF Core Competency - Coaching Presence - will help you create a spontaneous relationship with the client, employing a style that is authentic, open, flexible and confident.

Together we will unpack what it means to "Dance in the Moment" with our clients; how to stay fully present and flexible to serve their agenda, and how humor can be incorporated in this dance.

Join us for this interactive teleclass to deepen your knowledge of co-creating the coaching relationship and keep your coaching practice in alignment with professional coaching standards.

Come prepared to ask questions, share your experience and explore the nuances of Coaching Presence.

This session will be facilitated by Tina Shaw, PCC. Tina Shaw is an accomplished organizational development professional and coach with a passion for ensuring changes transfer to improved performance and business results.

Whether coaching, facilitating a class, leading a team, or collaborating with executives and other leaders, Tina has a way of listening actively, and then processing and helping others to process by asking great questions and helping others to think and discover insights that help them achieve their goals.

Tina holds a B.S. in Business Management, completed the International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited Professional Coaching for Life and Work Program at UC Davis Extension and has earned the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the ICF. She currently serves as the ICF Sacramento Chapter immediate past president and webmaster.
