I'm an ICF-certified coach (ACC Credential pending) and the founder of Cultivagency (short for cultivating human agency), a talent development consultancy that supports individuals, teams and leaders to strengthen their mindset and skill set—so they can elevate their collaborations into high performing relationships, drive value through their work and thrive personally.

My approach is grounded in a deep belief in every person's capacity to be proactive, to use their human agency, and to work or lead with accountability. Within this philosophy, accountability goes both ways: individuals can take responsibility for their actions, follow through and growth, while organizations commit to providing clarity, support and structures that enable growth. This shared responsibility becomes a catalyst for learning, confidence and meaningful progress - unlocking greater satisfaction, joy and fulfillment in one's work and career. As a seasoned, accomplished marketer, I enjoy working with clients to better develop their leadership presence and define their unique leadership brand, which can help them to and expand their impact in complex organizational environments and navigate challenging situations.

In 2024, I further developed my philosophy into a book titled The Agency Within Us, a strategic roadmap that connects human agency to the kind of leadership today’s organizations need: proactive, accountable, and growth-minded.

In addition to my coaching practice, I also very much enjoy the strategic mentoring process, which can accelerate learning through a transfer of perspectives, knowledge, and insights. With a 30+ year career spanning client-side marketing, account/agency leadership and media expertise with national and international brands across industries including travel, entertainment, wine, and education, I have a lot of lived experiences which serve as great fodder and starting points for my clients exploration into their aspirations and challenges.

Through coaching and mentoring, I'm able to channel that expertise into supporting individuals who want to grow, enjoy and sustain strong partnerships, and lead with impact (regardless of what your title may be).
