Today, I translate that depth of experience into coaching — creating a confidential, non-judgmental space where clients can think clearly, tell the truth at their own pace, and move forward with confidence.

Clients come to me during pivotal moments: leadership expansion, career crossroads, conscious uncoupling, relationship transitions, identity shifts, and personal reinvention. My practice is inclusive, LGBTQ+-affirming, and grounded in deep respect for each person’s path, relationships, and values.

I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation and a Faculty Coach with Katherine Woodward Thomas, LLC. I am certified in both Conscious Uncoupling and Calling in “The One.”
