I’m an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and an Advanced Certified Personal & Executive Coach, with a background that spans nonprofit, philanthropy, government, academia, and the private sector. I was drawn to this work after years in executive leadership, where I saw firsthand how even the most capable leaders can feel overwhelmed, isolated, and unsure of their next move. That experience taught me the power of having a dedicated space to think, reflect, and grow.
