About Morice
Morice “Coach Mo” Mabry, PCC trains mid-career professionals and senior leaders to perform under pressure without losing themselves in the process.
He doesn’t do hype. He builds endurance that holds when the heat rises.
His S.W.A.G.™ Framework — Self-Awareness, Why-Power, Aligned Actions, and Grit — was shaped through real reps, not theory. Years of leading through burnout, pressure, and high expectations taught him what it takes to stay steady when everything’s on fire.
At the California Department of Justice, Coach Mo built and led the Coaching and Career Development Unit, guiding more than 900 leaders across a 5,500-person workforce. His work sparked cultural transformation, accelerated promotions, and earned him three Attorney General Awards for Excellence in just four years.
Coach Mo brings an athlete’s mindset into every room: focused, grounded, and relentless about building reps where it counts. That edge inspired The Inner Arena, his leadership conditioning system that helps high performers build emotional stamina, recover under pressure, and lead with conviction when the stakes are high.
Known for his straight talk and steady presence, Coach Mo doesn’t coach from a pedestal. He coaches from experience, from the same pressure he now helps others command.
He’s the author of The What If Effect: Making a Better You Through Changing Habits and host of the Let’s Think About It Podcast, where he breaks down the inner battles leaders face and the bold choices it takes to win.
