Lisa Laughter is an Associate Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation whose life’s work is dedicated to empowering others to lead joyful lives full of intention, gratitude, and balance. She has served as a multi-faceted student services professional working with students in higher education for over 20 years. She also serves as an internal coach as the Senior Career Coach in the Department of Learning & Organizational Development in Human Resources at UC Davis.

Through her coaching and speaking business, Lisa Laughter Life Coaching, she partners with her clients in a process of self-discovery, which supports them in being enough through self-love, self-acceptance, connection, vulnerability, compassion, and service. In her spare time she is a devoted soccer mom to her 18 year old daughter, loves to hike, kayak, be outdoors whenever possible, read, enjoys being creative through dance and arts and crafts, and is a life-long learner engaging in personal growth experiences.
