I coach women over 40 that have experienced unexpected changes in their lives that have them stressed out and unsure of their next steps. Life knocks us on our butts sometimes. Once that happens, we lose track of our values, our wants and our needs. What is that next step?
Are you wanting to find that joy in your life again? Are you tired of being stuck?
It doesn't have to be that way. You can have the joyous life that you desire. It will require knowing your core values, your wants and your needs. It will also require taking action to move forward. You can do it!!! I provide a safe space for you; actively listen to you and together we explore your wants, needs, beliefs and blocks. To transform requires taking action and measuring your success. We will work together to determine where you are now, and where you want to be in life.
I started my coaching journey as a team and leadership coach while leading US and International teams for a large multinational company. In 2019, I left my career to take care of my brother after a stroke. Through my caregiver journey and those unexpected turns my life has taken, I am very fortunate to coach others through their unexpected transitions in life. I first became a family caregiver in 2015. At the time, I did not know about coaching, I was trying to do my best to balance caregiving and my career. I was knocked on my butt a few times trying to do what I felt like I was supposed to do.
I took my first coach training course in 2016 and through training and working with other coaches, I learned how to set boundaries, understand my core values and set my priorities in life. Now, I am a life coach helping others live that life they want to live. I am also a trauma informed certified coach and practitioner in team coaching. I serve on the board of directors for ICF Sacramento Charter Chapter as Director of Program Development so I can help other coaches coach more, coach better and stay connected.
