Panel of Speakers

Tina Shaw, PCC
Tina has been coaching leaders and teams for more than 10 years. She came to coaching after experiencing a profound transformation in her own life after working with a coach and wanted to support others in the same way. Tina believes in giving back to the communities she belongs to and has demonstrated that through 15 years of Board experience between ICF Sacramento and ATD Sacramento. She also volunteers with Braver Angels, an organization dedicated to bridging the political divides in our communities, workplaces, and families. Tina is running for Director of Membership so that she can use her strengths to connect with members, to appreciate their strengths, and to invite them to contribute those to our coaching community. When not coaching or training, Tina enjoys working on DIY projects with her handy husband, Jeff, and walking her Morkie (Maltese-Yorkie) Bailey while listening to audiobooks and podcasts on neuroscience, leadership, positive psychology and diversity and inclusion topics.

Charmaign Lomastro, MA, PCC
Charmaign Lomastro is an ICF credentialed Professional Certified Coach and a Certified Career Transition Coach with expertise in transitional and transformational coaching. She has coached and trained a diverse group of clients ranging from recent graduates to professionals making a career change, in addition to leaders and managers who are advancing their career. Charmaign’s experience also includes outplacement where she coaches individuals providing them with the skills, opportunities and resources needed to re-enter the workforce and find career satisfaction. Charmaign’s breadth of experience has also taken place in the California Community Colleges system where she has applied innovation and development skills to help build and launch career readiness programs.

Pam Ramirez, MA, PCC
Pam went into coaching after decades of developing both leaders and individuals. Her coaching journey was fueled by a desire to make a more meaningful difference in the lives of others. She is passionate about creating forward momentum and positive change in the lives of her clients. Her specialties include partnering with clients in a safe, supportive space to overcome obstacles, navigate change and transition, set achievable goals, improve relationships, and find life balance. She holds a PCC credential from the ICF, is a certified mentor coach, and has her own coaching business.

Taylor Morrison, ACC

Taylor is a portfolio careerist asking the question: How can we experience well-being and fulfillment in every aspect of our lives? She’s the founder of the Inner Workout app, and the award-winning author of a book by the same name.  Named one of Fortune’s 10 Innovators Shaping the Future of Health, Taylor is tired of aspirational 'wellness as usual.' Instead, she makes personal development more accessible. Taylor uses her coaching, mindfulness, and movement training to meet people where they are and get them closer to what they really want.
